Carmen graduated with First Class Honours in Bachelor of Laws from University of Liverpool in 2023. She was then admitted as a Barrister-at-Law in England & Wales in 2024 and thereafter, as an Advocate and Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in 2026.

Carmen’s experience encompasses a broad spectrum of intellectual property and corporate matters. She has worked extensively on IP prosecution matters, including developing IP filing strategies and managing global IP portfolios for a wide range of clients. Carmen also advises on commercial transactions involving intellectual property, such as franchise registration, licensing arrangements, and the assignment and transfer of intellectual property. In addition, she is involved in the drafting and review of corporate and commercial agreements.
